My husband and I hired Sharon for the purchase of our first home and she was terrific.  She took the stress out of buying a home.  She was always available for questions, recommended a great building inspector, and she communicated effectively with the selling agent.  This was an emotional and expensive purchase for us, so we appreciated that Sharon did not put pressure on us with the final price.  She made us feel like we were in the lead, and she did everything to make the process go smoothly. Over all Sharon was  punctual, professional, an excellent communicator and had a manner that was very easy to work with.  I would highly recommend Sharon as a real estate agent, you will not regret your choice.  As a side note my husband even put a dent in her car during one of the viewings (how can you tell we were excited about our home), and she handled it so calmly in a genuine way. We truly enjoyed the home buying experience with Sharon.

My wife and I were in a bind… we had purchased a prebuilt new home and we had been given 14 days to complete; however, we had to sell our condo and close on the new property very quickly.  Sharon was instrumental in getting things done for us.  Not only did she guide us through the process from beginning to end and made sure that we were kept well informed throughout the entire process.  We were able to clean, organize, put up for sale and sell our condo within the 14 day period even having the new owners take possession the day after we took possession of our new place.  I know we could not have done this without Sharon’s help.  Thank you for your support and attention to us, a job well done!
